Michael Lynch (General Manager)
Michael Lynch was previously with the Mirvac Group for 9 1/2 years as a Development Director responsible for projects such as Liberty on Tedder at Main Beach, the Sebel Hotel in Brisbane, Ephraim Island on the Gold Coast and Mariner’s Peninsula in Townsville.
Michael has been involved in the establishment of Bodies Corporate as part of the development process and has served as Chairperson on many Body Corporate Committees. He has extensive real estate experience and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Registered Valuer.
Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Property Management from QUT.
Michael’s involvement with CMS has brought a wealth of experience in the development process that can serve to integrate practical design thinking with the establishment and management of Bodies Corporate from both a strata and facilities management point of view.

Hugh Beutel (QLD State Manager - CMS QLD Office)
Hugh has a background in the building management sector having served as an Assistant Building Manager for 7 years in a large high rise complex. Hugh then became a Director of a Company which purchased the management rights in another high rise twin tower complex in which he held the position of Onsite Resident Manager for a period of 3 years before joining the Body Corporate Management industry in 2001.
Hugh has over 7 years experience as a Body Corporate Manager which includes the strata management of high rise developments, three storey walk-ups, commercial and large townhouse developments.
Commencing in 2005, Hugh was the Strata and Facilities Manager for Sanctuary Cove Resort. This was for a period of 3 years before taking up the position of Senior Strata Manager at Hope Island Resort – both large integrated Resorts consisting of commercial, golf course and residential components.
His promotion to QLD manager of CMS was in recognition of his invaluable contribution to the company's reputation and growth.
Hugh is a Practitioner Member of the CTIQ, a member of the NCTI and holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.

Tim Borten (National Financial Controller – CMS QLD Office)
Tim is a Chartered Accountant. He was awarded a double degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Queensland. Tim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Community Titles Institute of Queensland.
Tim has more than 15 years of experience in managing all financial aspects of Bodies Corporate, with particular expertise in budgeting and financial management of large multi-layered Community Title Schemes. He is the Company Secretary for CMS, and a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Philippa Scobell (Special Projects Manager – CMS QLD Office)
With a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University majoring in Modern Asian Studies, Philippa has a hands-on facilities management role and she assists with new business integration and helps co-ordinate the administrative aspects of new business opportunities throughout Australia.
Philippa's no-nonsense approach and organisational skills are vital in assesing and developing schedules, budgets and scope-of-works for all new projects CMS consults on.
Additionally, Philippa oversees and co-ordinates all residential newsletters and all community TV information channels, including Hope Island Resort TV. Philippa’s customer relation skills have made invaluable contributions to CMS’s ongoing success in residential projects and Integrated Resorts.

Truls Fauske (ICT Manager – CMS QLD Office)
Truls completed a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce at Bond University. After University he worked for Walker Corporation, designing websites and community portals and assisted in the design and management of the corporate network and IT infrastructure assets nationwide.
After moving across to Mirvac in 2007, Truls joined the CMS team in early 2008 as ICT Manager, where he is currently developing, implementing and maintaining a wide range of information systems specifically designed to meet our various client’s needs.
Truls also consults regularly on ICT network implementation strategies and maintenance for our current and prospective clients.

Carmel Leeson (Administration Manager – CMS QLD Office)
Carmel Leeson has qualifications in Education, Management, and Training, Workplace & Assessment and is an Associate Member of CTIQ.
Carmel joined the CMS team in 2004 as the Administration Manager and is responsible for organising Resident Functions and Events. With a background in Education and Childcare Management.
Carmel coordinates thel administrative aspects of Resort/Body Corporate Management, correspondence, notices of meetings, the distribution of minutes and content management of the Community Portals.

Robert Leslie (Manager - Property Management, Sales & Leasing - CMS NSW Office)
Robert manages the overall CMS office operation and Property Management division of CMS at Rhodes Waterside.
Robert’s background counts more than 20 years experience and involvement in all facets of the property management industry including customer liaison and management of large portofolios of over 280 properties around Sydney. A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Robert has also been involved in leasing and the liaison point between owners and Developers in relation to assisting with the initial handover of new projects.
Having worked for Mirvac for over 7 years Robert has previously been the Manager of the Residential Property Management department. Along with roles within Mirvac Customer Relations, it gives him the necessary knowledge to ensure ongoing developments are kept to the required standards expected of owners.

Chris West (Manager - Strata and Facilities - CMS VIC Office)
Chris’ experience extends from a practical trades background coupled with tertiary education in business management to marina industry recognized qualifications.
Chris has previously managed large marina complexes’ in Hong Kong and Australia and joined CMS after 6 years with the Facilities Department of Chisholm Institute, a large Victorian multi campus TAFE.
With a broad range of practical and management experience Chris is well suited to his role with Martha Cove Management Services which covers all facets of owner’s corporation strata and facilities management and his marina experience contributes to the smooth operation of Martha Cove waterway and associated marina facilities.
