CMS has emerged from successful operations in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including the Strata & Facilities Management of Hope Island Resort, one of Australia’s largest residential strata & community developments.

CMS currently operates out of offices in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and more recently Western Australia, with the appointment of CMS as the Strata & Facility Managers of Mirvac's prestigious developments at Burswood in Perth and The Point, Peninsula at Mandurah.

CMS is involved in all aspects of Strata & community living and the establishment of master planned communities. With years of experience in drafting and operating Strata and Community Management Statements, our team is well versed in all aspects of the various Acts and Legislations throughout Australia.
