Following a decision by the Mirvac Group to focus on its core competencies, Mirvac Management decided to exit the CMS business.

As a result, the business was put up for sale and attracted widespread interest amongst Strata and Facilities service providers.

The purchaser, under a share sale agreement, was an entity associated with New South Wales based Bright & Duggan Pty Limited, a family owned company with over 30 years experience in the Strata industry.
