We are thrilled to announce that Kerrie Miller and Caroline McConnachie will join the Bright & Duggan Property Group from today, Kerrie as our Executive General Manager – People and Culture and Caroline as our Executive General Manager – Business Transformation. These two appointments complete our executive team ensuring we have an industry leading Group Leadership Team (GLT) with Kerrie and Caroline joining Emily Doherty (CEO), Chris Duggan (Managing Director), Phillip Court (COO) and Trent Angove (General Manager – Finance).

Kerrie and Caroline come to us as experienced Executive leaders, both having experience in the Strata and Property industries. Kerrie has a background in People and Culture with over 25 years of experience including working in both the finance and insurance industries and having a reputation for excellence in both strategy and leadership. Caroline’s background has seen her work over 12 years in Leadership roles in the remedial building industry along-side Strata Management professionals, as well as serving roles on the Board of both ACRA (2020 – 2022) and SCA NSW (2022 – Current).

We are delighted to welcome to the Group both Caroline and Kerrie.
